Hi Fashion Fabrics, Inc

Dear Customers,                                                     

My parents, Arlene and Don Vogel, started Hi Fashion Discount Center Inc.     46 years ago on Main Street.  The company has changed and evolved several times since then.  It has grown into a very successful and quality retail fabric business.  I thank you, our loyal customers, for making that happen.  However, it is now time for Roby and I to slow down and smell the roses.

A NEW “Hi Fashion Sewing Machines” entity is being spun off and moved into a new location just to the west of Hi Fashion Fabrics.  This location is at 2584 Patterson Rd Unit B.  We are downsizing to the new location with our focus on selling and repairing sewing machines, selected groups of quilting cottons, related notions, books, and such.  This smaller operation will allow me to get back to my love of customer service and fixing things.  So what is going to happen to the existing store?

The Hi Fashion FABRICS portion is for sale.  I am looking for a buyer for this profitable turn-key operation; lock stock and barrel.  I will help mentor the new owner(s) and will even entertain a cooperative purchase.  The building is not for sale but an attractive lease term is available.  Any help finding a buyer, so this area maintains a great store like this, would be greatly appreciated.

On January 2^nd, 2012 we will start a SALE on the fabric and remaining inventory at the 2586 Patterson Rd location.  Time is of the essence to find a new owner as Roby and I do not want to be running two locations for very long.

I really want to thank all our customers, staff, and family for the 29 years of success we have had with Hi Fashion Fabrics Inc.  This decision has been very difficult and the transition will not be an easy one.  Roby and I hope to be able to have a little more time for ourselves to mark some things off the bucket list.
